- 2 heads of radicchio trevigiano
- 100 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 1 Sabelli smoked scamorza
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste

Method
Wash the radicchio and cut it into strips. Chop the hazelnuts with a knife. Dice the smoked scamorza. Fry the radicchio in a pan with a little oil for a maximum of 2 minutes. Prepare your salad by combining all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir, add salt if necessary. Also eaten cold.
