- 200 g of Sabelli burrata stracciatella
- 100 g of shelled salted pistachios
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper to taste

Method
Cut the tuna into slices about a centimetre high and dice them with the help of a sharp knife. Chop the pistachios with a knife or in a mixer. Season the chopped mixture with lemon, salt, oil, and pistachios. With the help of a pastry cutter, form some discs and complete with a pinch of stracciatella at the moment of serving.
