Salmo Salar pizza is an interesting alternative to the much-loved cream and salmon, replaced by stracciatella and flavoured with Tropea red onions for a lighter version.
Ingredients for

- Pizza dough
- 1 Sabelli stracciatella
- 100 g of salmon
- 1 red onion from Tropea
- Pink pepper to taste
- Dill to taste

Method
Roll out the pizza, add extra virgin olive oil, and bake at 230°C for 20 minutes.
Add salmon, onion rings, stracciatella. Garnish with pink pepper and dill to taste.

As an alternative to the onion, a finely chopped leek can be added to the recipe to lighten the flavour.
