Salmo Salar pizza is an interesting alternative to the much-loved cream and salmon, replaced by stracciatella and flavoured with Tropea red onions for a lighter version.

  • 100 g of salmon
  • 1 red onion from Tropea
  • Pink pepper to taste
  • Dill to taste

Method

Roll out the pizza, add extra virgin olive oil, and bake at 230°C for 20 minutes. Add salmon, onion rings, stracciatella. Garnish with pink pepper and dill to taste.
