Looking for a fresh and quick dessert? Cinnamon-spiced ricotta mousse accompanied by caramelised pears, ideal for impressing someone you care about.
Ingredients for

- 250 g of Sabelli ricotta
- 80 g of sugar
- 2 Abate pears
- 1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa
- 1 easpoon of cinnamon

Method
In a bowl, whisk together the ricotta, sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a fine nozzle. Wash the pears, remove the ends, and finely slice them into a fan shape. Arrange the dessert directly on the plate or in the serving bowl. Create a couple of curls of ricotta cream, place the pears on top, and complete with a sprinkling of cocoa.
