  • 250 g of chicken breast
  • 40 g of Sabelli burrata
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Pine nuts to taste
  • Wild fennel to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper to taste

Method

Wash and clean the salad, then cut it into thin strips. Cut the chicken breast into strips and pan-fry it with salt and oil. Now cut the bread into cubes and brown it in a pan with oil and wild fennel until golden brown. Finally, prepare an emulsion of oil, salt, and ground black pepper to season. Finish by serving the salad on a plate: place the chicken strips and crispy bread on top, add the burrata cheese and finish with the oil emulsion, then sprinkle with pine nuts and wild fennel.
