- 1 Sabelli ricotta
- Poppy seeds to taste

- 1 boiled red turnip

Method
Roll out the pizza, add the seeds on the edges, top with the red turnip and bake at 230°C for 20 minutes. Garnish with ricotta flakes and add chives.
