We suggest figs for a fresh starter together with our burrata and a balsamic vinegar glaze on top of crispy croutons.

- 4 slices of wholemeal cereal bread
- 200 g of Sabelli lactose-free burrata
- 2/3 black figs
- Glassa vinegar glaze to taste.

Method
Toast the slices of bread in the oven. Peel the figs and cut them in half. Gently spread the figs on the bread. Cut the burrata with scissors and place a spoonful on each crouton. Finish with a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze. Serve immediately.
