- 2 slices of bread for sandwiches
- 50 g of mortadella
- 100 g of Sabelli burrata
- 20 g of shelled salted and roasted pistachios

Method
Cut the slices of bacon in half, diagonally across. Toast them in the oven at 180°C for 2 minutes. Drain the burrata and chop it up in a bowl with the help of scissors. Use a knife to chop the pistachios into grains. Start composing your club sandwich by spreading the burrata cream on the bread slices. Continue by arranging the burrata, mortadella, and pistachio granules on the bread. Place a slice of bacon on top and press the surface lightly with your hands. Continue with another layer. The sandwich is ready.
