Method
Break the egg into a bowl and beat it lightly. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Roll the scamorza first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs; repeat the operation twice. Prepare the red fruit coulis. Wash the fruit, pour it into the immersion blender, and blend carefully. Fry the morsels in hot oil for a few minutes. Serve them still hot, accompanied by the sauce that you have poured into a small bowl.
