- 400 g of Sabelli ricotta
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of coffe powder
- 100 g of dark shocalate
- Biscuits of wafers to your taste

Method
Pour the ricotta into a bowl and beat it with the icing sugar and coffee using a hand whisk. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add a few teaspoons of water to make the mixture more fluid. Compose the dessert directly in a glass or cup by placing a spoonful of melted chocolate at the base, two quenelles of ricotta and coffee, and more chocolate. Complete with a wafer and serve immediately.
