- 1 organic apple
- 100 g of icing sugar
- Extra dark chocolate to taste

Method
Combine the ricotta with the sugar, mix and obtain a cream. Roll out the pizza, add the ricotta cream and thin apple slices. Bake at 230°C for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with chocolate chips.
